You will be able to download MP3s purchases within minutes after your purchase.
Physical products (such as CD sets, DVD sets and Crystals) are shipped with-in 4 to 5 business days, although generally much sooner! If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you prior to shipping.
Orders will be shipped via USPS first class or priority mail.
Refunds for Digital Products are granted if you are not satisfied for any reason with the Digital Product within 30 days from the date of purchase. To request a refund for a Digital Product, simply email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to briefly state your reason for requesting a refund and provide your telephone number or best way to reach you. Once your refund is processed, you must delete the Digital Product from your computer. When refunded the energy on the Digital Product will be no longer be active.
Refunds on products delivered on CD or other media refunds for CD or other media based products are only granted for one or more of the reasons below:
- You do not want the product and the product is in its original unopened packaging.
- The product will not install on your computer.
- The product will install but not run on your computer.
- The CD or media on which the software is contained is damaged upon receipt.
Please contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com. Be sure to briefly state your reason for requesting a refund and provide your telephone number or best way to reach you. You must ship back the physical items to address given to you from Customer Service. A refund will be issued to you for the cost of the materials plus any sales tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In the subject line of your email put: Membership Cancellation. Copy and paste the following text into a new e-mail:

PLEASE NOTE: If you click CANCEL (located at the bottom of any email announcement), this only unsubscribes you from the mailing list; this does NOT cancel the billing portion of your membership. You MUST send us a separate email (email@example.com) to stop the recurring monthly charge.
By sending us an email to cancel, you are giving Debra Cummings permission to access your membership account and stop your membership billing. If you only cancel the mailing list subscription, we will have no way of knowing that you would like to stop the your membership and billing.
